The Remandee – Love Songs from a prison (51 min.)
Director and Cinematographer, Feature documentary.

After losing touch with his wife and daughter six months ago due to his imprisonment William is now deeply concerned about the safety of his daughter. Unbeknownst to him his wife has secretly remarried in the hope that it would afford their child greater security. The love between William and his wife is surprisingly reignited and he is convinced that their love must be saved. But the uncertainty of William’s future eventually forced him to make a tough decision: choosing between a secret affair with his ex-wife from whom he has been so painfully separated, or the safety of their child.

Supported and broadcasted by Danish public television station TV2 PLAY. A docu-series in 5 episodes following the SKAM actress in her real life. A coming of age story about Ulrikke taking on life changing actions to better her chaotic and painfull life, -dealing with her addiction to affirmation by deleting her Instagram with over one million followers, -damage controlling the release of a sex-tape and confronting her parents to break free from unhealthy patterns all while getting diagnosed with the mental illness Borderline. Director, Debut feature documentary.
Supported by the Danish Film Institute, New Danish Screen.
Rasmus and his father live on the Danish island of Bornholm. The father suffers from depression, which the son is afraid of inheriting. The documentary explores the painful relationship of a father and a son slowly trying to re-establish what has been broken between them.

Carl & Niels (29 min.)
Director, final documentary project at the National Danish Film School.
Carl & Niels were inseparable twins as children but facing adulthood, they also face losing each other. Through staged mythical spaces and ritual healing, the documentary shatters new light on the twins’ bond.

Led and taught a five-week course in Documentary and Staged Documentary to the students of the Master in Fine Arts at the National Film School of Norway, under the supervision of and in collaboration with Lotte Mik Mayer, Head of the M.A.
2014-2018
The National Film School of Denmark – Guest Teacher
Full-time and part-time teaching under the supervision of and in close collaboration with the Head of Documentary, Arne Bro. Intervened as a Subject Matter Expert in Documentary and Staged Documentary for a broad spectrum of student classes specializing in Directing, Cinematography, Sound Design and Editing.

AFUK - The Academy of Untamed Creativity – Guest Teacher
Guest teacher in Photography and Documentary Film Making. Led the one-semester course under the supervision of and in collaboration with Ida Marie Darger.
2017
European Documentary Film DIS – Guest Teacher
Taught a two-semester course in Documentary Film Making to American students studying at DIS. The course was both a theoretical and practical class in European Documentary Filmmaking. My responsibilities included facilitating the production of the students’ films.

Eddy Media – Video Journalist/Director of Photography
Video Journalist and Director of Photography for the documentary “Why did you kill our girls?”. The film focuses on a mother’s search for answers after her ex-husband burnt their children. Award Winner at Danish TV Awards 2020.

Pineapple Entertainment – Video Journalist/Director of Photography
- Video Journalist and DoP for “Angry Girls”, broadcasted on Danish television station DR3. The program series explores the struggles of four Danish teenage girls seeking therapeutic help for their anger management issues.
- Developer, Video Journalist and DoP for season one of “The Diamond Family”, broadcasted on Danish television station TV2 Zulu/ TV2 Play. Award Winner at Danish TV Awards 2020.
