Dear all,

My name is Daniel Charluck Garrelts and I am the founder of Karma Film based in Copenhagen.

I started from scratch 12 years ago as an independent filmmaker and have had hands-on in many areas of filmmaking since then.
In other words, I would consider myself as a hybrid and octopus of sorts, as I've worn many hats over the years.

In recent years, I have worked mostly as a Shooting Director and Director, all depending on the scale of projects. Furthermore, there have also been lots of editing and grading jobs coming my way. However, I excel and thrive when on location, being directly involved in a project.

Although I own my own production company I aim to use freelance producers from the industry to help make my or clients' creative visions come to life. On minor projects, I surely still do that. However, it is no longer a passion of mine.

Karma Film has its own high-end camera packages and post-production facilities and can take care of essential parts of the production pipeline and deliver full-service productions if needed. However, we also enjoy working on projects in collaboration with other production agencies.
